Privacy Policy

• Your email address — when you submit the early-access form.
• Optional details you choose to give — for example, the role you select in the short follow-up question.
• Campaign and referral data — the marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags) in the link you arrived from, the page that referred you, and which pricing tier you clicked. These come from the page address when you submit the form; we do not use tracking cookies to collect them.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data (such as health or political views), and you should not send us any.

• To contact you about RefreshRadar early access and to send the confirmation (double opt-in) email — on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form and confirming via the email we send. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To measure which messages and channels resonate and improve the site (campaign, referral and tier data) — on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) in running and measuring this validation.

Providing your email is voluntary, but without it we cannot add you to the list. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or other tracking cookies, and the site sets no non-essential cookies — joining the waitlist works without them. If we introduce analytics later, we will update this policy, add a Cookie Policy, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — stores your email and sends our emails, as our processor. Brevo privacy policy.
• Vercel (Vercel Inc.) — hosts and serves the website. Vercel privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data for money.

Brevo processes data within the EU. Vercel (our host) may process data in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EEA, the transfer relies on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards. Email support@refreshradar.app if you would like more detail.

We keep your email and related signup data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we conclude this early-access validation — whichever comes first. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). You can unsubscribe from every email using the link it contains. To exercise any right, email support@refreshradar.app.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa — uodo.gov.pl.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know, access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (your email) and the campaign or referral data associated with your signup.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email support@refreshradar.app.

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@refreshradar.app and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how we use your data will be communicated by email where appropriate.
